Office Admin
Our client is one of the leading global trading and Investment companies with main businesses in such areas as natural resources, renewable energy, infrastructure projects and commodity trading.
They are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join Australian office located in Sydney CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to expand their skills and knowledge in an administrative role.
Your duties will include:
– All round administration duties
– Bank Reconciliations
– Being the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries
– Updating databases
– Understanding of accounting practices
– Assist the team members to achieve business objectives.
– Compliance with all company policies, regulatory standards, applicable legislation
– Ensure the provision of high-quality service beyond expectations to develop and maintain long term relationships with our customers
– Drive a culture of respect through demonstrating qualities that lead the team and improve performance
– Full training will be provided (Recent graduate is welcome)
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
– Administration Knowledge
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Power point)
– Excellent analytical and report writing skills
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
